If for any reason these events do not go ahead due to changing COVID-19 Government restrictions we will offer a full refund.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds after 14 days prior to the events.
Food Allergies: Please advise details of guest with food allergies when confirming final numbers. Whilst the chef and kitchens staff will do their utmost to ensure the said allergen is not in the meals prepared, we cannot guarantee it as out kitchen does use a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis. Guests with dietary requirements are served on an individual basis.
Smoking: In accordance with the Tasmanian Health and Hygiene laws, smoking is prohibited within Glen Albyn Estate, the marquees and surrounding areas. Guests will be directed to a designated smoking area outside.
Indemnity: Glen Albyn Estate guarantees the use of the freshest ingredients and ensures that food is prepared in the most hygienic conditions. However no liability is taken by Glen Albyn Estate for any latent defect in the product used.
Damages: Financial responsibility for any damage to the premises, fittings and equipment or surrounds cause in the course of a function, lies with the client.
Alcohol and Decorum: Glen Albyn Estate is a fully licensed venue. No BYO beverages are permitted. it is your responsibility to ensure the orderly conduct of your guests.
