If for any reason these events do not go ahead due to changing COVID-19 Government restrictions we will offer a full refund.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds after 14 days prior to the events.

Food Allergies: Please advise details of guests with food allergies at the time of booking. Whilst the chef and kitchens staff will do their utmost to ensure the said allergen is not in the meals prepared, we cannot guarantee it as out kitchen does use a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis. Guests with dietary requirements are served on an individual basis.

Indemnity: Glen Albyn Estate guarantees the use of the freshest ingredients and ensures that food is prepared in the most hygienic conditions.
However no liability is taken by Glen Albyn Estate for any latent defect in the product used.

Smoking: In accordance with the Tasmanian Health and Hygiene laws, smoking is prohibited within Glen Albyn Estate venue and surrounding areas. Guests will be directed to a designated smoking area outside.

Damages: Financial responsibility for any damage to the premises,
fittings and equipment or surrounds caused in the course of a function, lies with the guest.

Alcohol and Decorum: Glen Albyn Estate is a fully licensed venue. No BYO beverages are permitted.
1. We will not serve liquor or allow the provision of liquor to any person under the age of 18 years.
2. We will recognise the signs of intoxication and we will discourage service to the point of intoxication.
3. We will no admit, serve, supply or allow the supply of alcohol to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
4. We will not permit drunkenness, fighting, abusive or obscene language or suggestions, unwelcome advance or physical contact, directed at customers or staff. failure to observe these principles may lead to refusal of service and a request to leave the property.
